The Verdict

Nexis is a replicable pattern for any service business, consultancy, content brand, or solo operator where the founder's time is the bottleneck. Substituting a fragmented tech stack with a cost-stratified, context-aware system, it eliminates the context-switching tax and scales operations without adding human headcount.

It also revises its own rules under evidence, not just its skill count.
